The splashes in the abstract, the static in figurative, and the steadfast use of pigments speak volumes of her free-spirited artistic schemes. Equally captivating, her collages and sculptural works expand the imaginative horizons that she continues to surpass persistently.
“As an archaeologist, philosophical counselor and multi-media artist my poetic and material research as an informal ecologically-oriented artist moves from an imaginative process and a mental synthesis, that proceeds to materially develop a dialogue among the elements in a work”, shares Silvana.
Artwork by Silviana Abram.Developing a psychophysical connection with the medium of the canvas, colors, and material, it is an intuitive drive that governs the methodology of her consistent practice.

Post her graduation in Humanities from the University of Trento, she pursued a course in Contemporary art from Sotheby Insitute of Art, NYC, among others.
Apart from her abstractionist oeuvre, her collage works embody a humanist narrative. Juxtaposing figures, infrastructural elements, and many other props from a variety of sources, she attempts in engaging the viewer into a novel world, which is real yet so surreal. Silvana is presently working on an archaeological project of understanding the north African contribution to Mediterranean civilization.
